Immediate opening for an experienced Architect for a luxury custom home builder.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design $2M -$15M luxury custom homes
- Confer with clients, designer, and builder to understand and design project
- Create/modify architectural designs based on client/builder input and feedback
- Prepare blueprints
- Adhere to zoning laws and industry standards in design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 5 years’ experience in luxury home architectural design
- Licensed (Preferred)
- Extensive experience with Revit
- Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
