Adams & Martin Group is working with an Amlaw firm in Los Angeles in their search for a Staff Attorney. This will be a temporary position looking to potentially run to the end of the year, assisting on one particular matter.
This attorney must be barred in California and live/work in Pacific Time Zone.
The Staff Attorney will be handling various duties for the firm's wildfire litigation. Previously experience handling this practice area is highly desired, but at least 3-4 years of experience handling complex litigation on the defense side is required. Previous experience working in a Staff Attorney capacity also highly desired.
Duties will include some e-discovery tasks such as 2nd level document review, privilege logs, drafting protcols for reviews and searches within Relativity. Attorney must also have recent experience with fact analysis, witness preparation, research and potentially law and motion. This is not strictly a document review role.
Staff Attorney will work remotely throughout the assignment with equipment issued by the firm. This will be full-time hours.
