Since 1994, we have specialized in architectural sheet metal fabrications, offering a wide range of architectural metal products including custom convector enclosures and architectural grilles. Our target market is high-end custom commercial metalwork, and all our products are made-to-order. Role Description
- Planning, coordination and management of projects from start to finish
- Send kickoff email for new projects
- Follow up with any and all outstanding projects for job status
- Scheduling manpower and delivery of material
- Logging material production/consumption for each project
- Preparing job folders for field installation (SOW, floor plan, shop drawings, shop receiver)
- Assisting in administrative duties
- Photographing completed projects for job records and marketing purposes

Qualifications
- Experience in project management and expediting
- Strong logistical and inspection skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the construction or architectural industry
- Must be based in the Tri-State area
