Engtal is partnered with a well-known General Contractor looking for tenured PMs in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, budget, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Budget Management:
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost-effective measures.
- Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targets.
Resource Allocation:
- Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to optimize resource utilization.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
