Salary range: Up to $95,000 base salary + 5% Bonus eligibility

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to enhance and automate our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform complex system tests.
- Select appropriate instruments to monitor and control manufacturing variables.
- Program controllers and ensure seamless communication between actuators and controllers.
- Analyze process parameters and product data to identify deviations and implement timely corrective actions.
- Simulate, install, and manage electrical or mechanical automation systems.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment while being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a safety-first approach and adhere to all facility safety instructions and good housekeeping practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of computer programming and software development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex equipment problems.
- Creative problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and strong time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing tasks, prioritizing effectively, and working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process automation.
- Familiarity with multiple manufacturing processes and the ability to select and program appropriate monitoring instruments.
