Overview:
If you have a keen eye for detail and are a perfectionist at heart, then look no further! We are seeking a highly motivated Production Artist to join our creative team (Los Angeles Preferred).
This role will be responsible for executing the visual components of creative projects for Bloom Sparkling Energy. You will help prepare artwork for print and other media, ensuring that designs are accurately translated from concepts into final production-ready files. This position requires proficiency in graphic design principles, attention to detail, and experience in interpreting dielines. The Production Graphic Designer will be a part of the brand experience team and report to the Director of Brand Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare files for production, including layout design, image editing, and formatting. Ensure final designs are print-ready or optimized for digital use
- Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials
- Assist in product packaging, from mock ups through to production files
- Design in-store retail assets, including POS displays (endcaps, trays, pallets)
- Support event design & production for retail, consumer and influencer events
- Review final designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality before production or publication
- Manage regulatory and design updates and revisions for both current and upcoming labels
- Ensure decks are consistently branded and meticulously edited for a cohesive visual identity as needed across Canva, Google Slides, and Powerpoint
- Assist on updating brand guidelines to adhere to ongoing brand development
- Taking approved designs and resizing into different formats and layouts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Blender a plus
- Experience designing presentations on PowerPoint and/or Canva
- Experience on print production requirements and process

- Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency.
- Highly organized, task-oriented, and a team player.
- Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects.
