The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing activities related to the development and execution of company projects, while engaging with designated internal and external teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Minimum of five years' experience in project management and solution delivery
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional personnel, including internal personnel and customer and third-party personnel in achieving objectives and deadlines
- Ability to identify and address issues or roadblocks to project success
- Ability to enhance and improve the continuous quality improvement function for all projects
- Ability to leverage project management tools and practices as required to meet project objectives and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage activities across teams to ensure customer deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal program, product, and implementation teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with program management, account management, and operations teams to assess and improve systems and processes.
- Support account management in the development and execution of customer account plans.
- Align company resources to meet program management goals and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with quality, risk management, clinical, and engineering teams to develop and implement quality assurance, control, and improvement systems.
- Oversee project documentation for both internal and customer-facing projects.
- Track and report on project management progress and activities.
