Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally, domestically, and internationally (50%-70%).
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
- Strong communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Recommended:
- PLC and HMI programming.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics (Electrical and P&ID).
- Computer networking and troubleshooting.
- Experience with VFD or other motor drives
- Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Burner firing sequence and control
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-house and field commissioning, along with customer training on control systems.
- Serve as the primary contact during on-site installation, commissioning, and training.
- Configure and troubleshoot PC setups, proprietary software, PLC software, and network systems.
- Provide comprehensive training to operators, maintenance personnel, and engineers.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project coordination and efficiency.
- Adhere to quality documentation and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Program ASC's proprietary software and liaise with customers on product design and schedules.
