Oxford Solutions has client is seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with occasional travel. The successful candidate will provide second-level technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with system configurations, software installations, and updates.
- Oversee user account administration and security settings.
- Lead hardware setups, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of IT support experience.
- LAN/WAN network experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
