What is the role?
This role will encompass a “Jack of all Trades” mindset with the purpose of keeping facilities and locations running smoothly and efficiently. This will include responding to a variety of support requests, while partnering with internal and external resources.
Experience:
Facilities Support -
- 2+ years’ experience in facilities in an office or retail setting, preferably including a basic understanding of light maintenance and repairs, janitorial, security and stocking.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and the ability to travel between branch locations in the Denver Metro area, with your own dependable vehicle or one of our fleet vehicles.
Sr. Facilities Support -
- 5+ years’ experience in facilities in an office or retail setting, preferably including a basic understanding of light maintenance and repairs, automated building systems, janitorial, security and stocking.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and the ability to travel between branch locations in the Denver Metro area, with your own dependable vehicle or one of our fleet vehicles.
Rate:
- Facilities Support starts between $22 - $26 per hour
- Sr. Facilities Support starts between $24 - $28 per hour
What is the work environment like, and are there physical requirements for this role?
Office environment
- Local travel to different branches, offices and corporate owned real estate sites
- Ability to lift 25-50lbs
