About the Role:
Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling engagement requests for Customer Engineers and facilitating the use of resources to fulfil the requests as appropriate.
- Understand the skill disciplines and know the strengths and skills of the Customer Engineers within the disciplines in order to successfully deploy the appropriate CE to each engagement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with engagements and drive to achieve and exceed utilization and bench targets, as well as fulfil all demand for Customer Engineers within defined service levels.
- Work with the Business Stakeholders in assessing individual consultant skills and assist with developing consultant readiness plans in order to increase the consultant skills per the demands of the business.
- Responsible for maintaining the data integrity of our request management system.
Qualifications
•At least 3-5 years of experience in resource management or support/delivery management
•8+ years of program or project management experience in IT, operations or business
•Proven ability to lead and maintain large teams of technical engineers in multiple areas of technologies of the client.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in computer science, operations, business administration, or equivalent years of experience.
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and global environment
•Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve impact through collaboration, presences and strong communication skills
•Strategic thinking with a proven capability to contribute and execute a delivery strategy that results in quality delivery outcomes
•Excellent resource planning, decision making and organizational skills
•Proven ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
•Extensive experience in a resource or delivery management role for an enterprise scale business
•Knowledge of professional services concepts such as utilization, billable resource and resource management tools
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises
•Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
•Expertise in Office applications and other technologies.
Location: Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $140K - 150K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
