Responsibilities may include:
- Handle a busy front desk.
- Check in and greet visitors to the office.
- Schedules appointments.
- Conference room bookings.
- Gives information to callers.
- Assist with event set up.
- Composes memos, transcribes notes.
- Catering point-of-contact for events.
- Inventory.
- Researches and creates presentations.
- Generates reports.
- Prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
- May assist with compiling and developing annual budget.
