We are inviting you to apply for the position of Chef de Cuisine - Sortino’s Italian Kitchen. In this position, you will be responsible for the culinary operations of our popular new age red sauce restaurant, where old-school Italian cuisine meets the modern age. You will also be involved in day-to-day kitchen operations, training, ordering, and ensuring our concept is the best it can be! You will mentor and manage a team of 15-20 Kitchen Supervisor(s), Line Cooks, and Stewards. Meal periods include – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner service.
Requirements
We require a background of three years' progressive culinary experience and three years of management experience. Experience with Italian cuisine is helpful.
Reports to Resort Executive Chef and Resort Executive Sous Chef.
