Our client, a contemporary multibrand retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Scarsdale, NY!
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and create an environment and a team that deliveries positive customer experiences
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team with performance feedback to monitor results
- Recruit and build out your team!
- Alongside your team, manage the store's Instagram page! The company has a corporate social media team, but each store takes ownership over their specific location
- Help plan charitable community events
- Create a fun, warm working environment (contests, promotions, events)
- Take ownership for the customer journey in your store
- Partner with corporate management to ensure that strategy is aligned with the needs of the business
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail management experience at the Store Manager level
- Capable of driving sales and establishing new business
- Ability to lead independently in an entrepreneurial environment
- Customer centric with a positive attitude; passion for customer service, styling and product
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
