Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, and closing).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align talent strategies with business needs.
- Develop and execute a diversity sourcing strategy.
- Manage applicant tracking and reporting.
- Attend career fairs and manage job postings across platforms.
- Leverage social media and networking for candidate sourcing.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with reporting and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume roles.
- Experience with social media recruitment and working across all levels.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams.
