About You:
- This role will report to the overall Program Director.
- Previous experience as the strategic liaison for health IT efforts representing nursing, physician and clinician needs.
- Previous clinical experience is highly desirable for this role.
- Previous experience developing strategy and key tactics for transforming the effectiveness, efficiency, and technology experience for nursing and clinicians in coordination with overall health informatics strategy.
- You will partner with client stakeholders to form relationships and holistically impact client performance, satisfaction, and business outcomes during project engagements.
- Previous experience consulting and collaborating to design workflows and facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis.
- Experienced with combining knowledge of patient care, informatics concepts, change management, process improvement, and clinical operations to support quality patient care and professional practice.
- You will identify optimization opportunities and develop prioritized roadmap post-roll out.
- Remain current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and is able to assess how available solutions may meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with nursing leaders in planning, analysis, problem solving, and execution, including regulatory compliance.
- Work with physicians, nurses, other clinicians, and IT staff to gain support for designing processes and applications that maximize their time and communication abilities.
- Act as a change agent who promotes the use of health IT to improve patient safety by designing, developing, implementing, and educating on decision support tools.
- Possess a strong understanding of operational workflows with the ability to discern how technology can impact clinical practice and how clinical practice can best leverage technology.
- Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing.
- Collaborative leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time, but will primarily be 25% of the time
- Authorized to work in the US
