Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with adults, children, and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders, as part of our welcoming and supportive clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling as well as licensure supervision for LPC and LCSW residents and supervisees. Our Child Clinicians have access to shared Play Therapy rooms and supervision to become a Registered Play Therapist. Salary:
Outpatient Clinician I: Starting Salary $46,015 Depending on Experience
Outpatient Clinician II: Starting Salary $55,683 Depending on Experience
Education/Experience Requirements:
Outpatient Clinician I:
Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other license-eligible human services field is required.
Required to register and become license-eligible within 6 months of hire, with the Virginia Board of Counseling or Social Work.
Outpatient Clinician II:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other license-eligible human services field is required.
State of Virginia license required in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or other related field.
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
