We are currently seeking a **Senior Systems Engineer - Versatile IT Specialist (Managed Services)** to join our team and deliver exceptional, white-glove support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
- Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Azure.
- Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
- Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork.
- Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
- Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Hands on experience with Active directory, M365, Windows OS
- Experience with ITGlue, CyberCNS, Vijilan, and ConnectWise Automate is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional IT experience
