Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with agency media planning and buying.
- Strong traditional AND digital media planning knowledge, including programmatic, social, and search platforms.
- Proficiency in media planning tools such as Mediaocean, Comscore, or related.
- Experience maintaining client budget controls, negotiate with media vendors, and lead presentations of media recommendations, strategies, and post-campaign reports to clients.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to clients.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with mentoring team members.
- Must be local to the greater-Phoenix area or able to relocate.
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder as no sponsorship is available for this role.
