We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for a small, private country club in Bartlesville, OK. This person will be responsible for the F&B operations and events that take place at this low-volume country club. You will report directly to the General Manager and interact with the members daily. There is a full-service upscale casual restaurant, a bar and grill concept, a lounge, and approximately one private event per week.
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 + Annual Holiday Bonus + Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Package Plan + 2 weeks paid vacation + 401k
F&B Manager Responsibilities:
- All F&B operations for the club
- Training and development of the staff
- Inventory and Ordering
- Staff Supervision and Scheduling
F&B Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B manager
- Bar management experience preferred
- Prefer a decent amount of liquor knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to hire, train, and develop a successful and efficient team
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
