Full-time, legal administrative assistant needed to support a small law firm focused on family law/domestic relations, civil litigation, and criminal defense. The position is in-person.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom is required. Experience with Sage TimeSlips is strongly preferred.
Duties shall include: responsibility for generating monthly bills to clients; greeting clients; answering and directing telephone calls; managing incoming/outgoing correspondence; establishing and maintaining case files; calendaring and monitoring deadlines; and general administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and an eye toward problem solving.
