Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Escrow Closer at client located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. As an Escrow Closer, you will be responsible for closings, notary services, escrow management, providing excellent customer service, and handling residential real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Closings and Escrow management skills
- Notary services
- Customer Service experience
- Book of Business
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the title or real estate industry is a plus
- Certification as a Notary Public is preferred
