Our CT-based client is looking for a Desktop/Mobility Support Technician on a contract basis! On site presence required in the greater-Hartford area.
Responsibilities:
• Implement, manage, and provide support of Mobile Device Management solutions, with a focus on MobileIron and MS Intune.
• Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices, ensuring security and compliance with organizational policies.
• Monitor and manage device inventory, permissions, and security settings
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their technical concern
• Install, configure, software applications such as Outlook client, VPN clients (Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler etc.). Performing OneDrive and OneNote sync.
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
•Windows 11, Outlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support
•System build, deployment, and maintenance
• Strong familiarity with desktop security products
• Firm understanding of Active Directory Administration
• Deep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops and Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads
• Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Management
• Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune
• Experience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)
• Functional knowledge of one or more IT infrastructure fundamentals (e.g. basic networking skills, server, identity and access)
• Relevant Microsoft Windows certifications are desired but not required
