About the Role:
As a professional in the Water/Wastewater industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the construction, installation, and maintenance of vital infrastructure projects. Whether you're a Field/Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, or General Super, your expertise will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Your adaptability and leadership will be key as you navigate different project sites, taking on diverse challenges and responsibilities that align with your skills and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Engineers:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of water/wastewater projects.
- Conduct site surveys, data collection, and technical analysis.
- Support project teams in coordinating activities, resources, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
Project Managers:
- Lead and oversee the entire project life cycle from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring they align with client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Superintendents:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for water/wastewater projects.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Resolve on-site issues and make decisions to keep the project moving forward efficiently.
General Superintendents:
- Provide leadership and oversight to multiple construction sites and project teams.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all projects within your scope of responsibility.
- Mentor and guide Superintendents, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with company objectives.
- Monitor project performance, financials, and safety compliance across all sites.
- Conduct site surveys, data collection, and technical analysis.
- Support project teams in coordinating activities, resources, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 4+ years in the Water/Wastewater industry, with a strong background in construction and project management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work on-site across various locations.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
