Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical installations for solar and battery storage projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the solar and battery storage industry, with a strong background in managing large-scale electrical projects. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance for solar and battery storage projects.
- Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high performance and adherence to project specifications.
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
- Oversee the quality of work performed by the electrical team, conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations, including OSHA requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor project progress, including budget and timeline adherence, and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the solar and battery storage industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale electrical projects.
- Valid OSHA certification is required.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, solar power systems, and battery storage technology.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.

Education and Certifications:
