Key Responsibilities: (8-10 years must)
- Implementation & Support: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Thycotic Secret Server solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing technical guidance and support in using Thycotic Secret Server effectively.
- Day-to-Day Activities: Provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the smooth functioning of Thycotic systems.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide offshore junior operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Design & Development: Design and develop scalable PAM solutions within the Thycotic platform, customizing configurations as per client needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementations, configurations, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a Solution Architect role, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Thycotic Secret Server (or similar PAM solutions).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Thycotic Secret Server platforms, privileged access management tools, and related technologies. Experience in system integration, configuration, and customization is essential.
- Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring and leading junior team members, particularly offshore teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Client Focused: A proactive approach to client support, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
- Certification in Thycotic or related PAM technologies.
