Opening for a Dispatcher, Service & Repair Administrator and a plumbing contractor in Anaheim.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite.
Duties:
- Responsible for answering the phones, checking emails and providing customer service support
- Scheduling for our Service & Repair Team.
- proactive in reviewing contracts, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules to ensure we are on task according to contracts for regular service.
- Coordinate inventory and materials needs from the field team to the Purchasing department
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with data entry, phone and email correspondence
- 1-2 years in dispatch experience, preferably in construction industry
- Expereinced with MS Office a must, and Sage Contractor 100 preferred
