SKILLS AND EXPIERENCE
- Experience managing in high volume restaurants- min 3 years preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Robust financial aptitude in respect to business operations
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
- Hospitality degree preferred
