Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Broomall, PA. This is an onsite position with a start date of tomorrow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and be able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on payroll-related matters
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
