Our client is a converter that makes custom parts from flexible materials.
We are looking for Customer Service Reps in Valcencia CA.
This person will act as the interface between the customer and the company. They will monitor the progress of a product from design through the various stages of production, to delivery. It is a “hybrid” position, and the candidate will need to be in the office a few days a week.
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a custom manufacturing environment
- Experience in Aerospace manufacturing is a strong plus
- Experience with flex circuitry is a strong plus
- Knowledge of DFARS and FARS is a strong plus
Compensation includes a base salary of 70-80K plus a 5% bonus, and full benefits.
