As an ERP Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in driving operational improvements and efficiency within the organization. Your expertise in Epicor ERP, manufacturing operations, inventory management, and BI software will be essential in optimizing processes and enhancing business intelligence. You will help shape and implement the company’s strategy, ensuring that the system supports the company’s growth and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system to meet specific business needs.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve any system issues.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory processes.
- Implement best practices for inventory control, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to streamline inventory workflows and enhance tracking with new labeling and scanning capabilities.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the Epicor system.
- Support data-driven decision-making using BI tools like Epicor Grow.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Integrate data from Epicor with Sales Force databases for comprehensive reporting.
Epicor Grow Software Expertise:
- Leverage Epicor Grow for advanced business intelligence and reporting.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to enhance data visibility.
- Become an in-house expert on Epicor Grow and collaborate with end-users to optimize data use.
Team Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external consultants, to implement prioritized projects.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and finance.
- Proficiency in inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Epicor Grow or similar BI software.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
