SCI, the leader in Real Estate Executive Search, is partnering with a internationally based real estate investment firm to find a Vice President of Acquisitions for their newly established $300M equity fund.
As the VP of Acquisitions, you'll drive the acquisition and management of value-add multifamily properties across high-growth markets in the US. You'll lead market studies, develop key relationships, and oversee the full lifecycle of investment deals from evaluation to closing. This role offers significant visibility and the chance to shape the firm’s future growth.
Geographic targets include: GA, NC, FL, TX, MO, IN. Investment criteria is 15%+ IRR, 65% LTV, and 3-to-7-year hold.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire value-add multifamily properties
- Conduct market analysis and economic trend studies
- Build and manage relationships with key industry players
- Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and acquisition underwriting
- Prepare investment memorandums and manage negotiations
Qualifications:
- Strong background in value-add multifamily investments
- Expertise in top markets such as FL, TX, GA, NC
- Data-driven decision maker with excellent financial analysis skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage teams effectively
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
This position could be located in Atlanta, Dallas, or any other MSA in Texas or Florida.
