Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate very heavy, active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings and meeting logistics
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangement and itineraries
- Manage busy phone lines for the team
- Process expenses
- Provide ad-hoc support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' administrative experience
- Finance experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
