Job Summary
The creative coordinator responsibilities will include formatting and proofing scripts for spelling and grammar, tracking continuity, creating cast, set, and title pages, making revisions as necessary, distributing scripts to production and necessary personnel when needed, creating episode synopsis and loglines, inputting script notes to final scripts, updating final wrap dates and color revisions, updating cast names and corrections. Complete show bible to include updating character descriptions, episode numbers, titles, guest cast, episode summaries, series descriptions, season descriptions and log lines. Coordinator should possess superior reading and comprehension skills, writing skills, proofreading skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize assignments, and maintain confidentiality.

Essential Functions
- Update scripts in Final Draft
- Finalize update with PDF
- Create synopsis for each episode assigned
- Track and update all scene headings, cast lists, and cast pages
- Complete show bible
- Update new series regulars/ancillary characters and descriptions
- List episode numbers, titles, and guest cast using department formatting
- Update final taping dates along with writer and director for each episode
- Proofreads for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes
- Responsible for accuracy and clarity of all script
- Properly maintains organization by uploading all files to its proper folder in Dropbox
- Communicates any and all time-sensitive issues to direct report
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner
