The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, Corporate Marketing, and external partners to determine product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Campaigns & Promotions: Strategize and execute drip campaigns for new community launches. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure milestones like land closings, openings, and sales are promoted across social media and picked up by media outlets.
- Project Management: Work with Corporate Marketing to manage tasks and projects via HIVE, including marketing tasks, updates to floor plans, renderings, and sales center designs.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage community events such as grand openings and special events. Oversee community signage, coordinating with local authorities for additional off-site signage.
- Budget Management: Strategize, plan, and manage the marketing budget. Research vendors, manage invoices, and ensure all financial obligations are met on time.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Research market trends, competitive activity, and demographic factors. Recommend marketing strategies, including advertising and promotional activities, and guide product positioning to maximize market share.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent corporate branding across all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in homebuilding marketing.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strategic and proactive thinking with strong analytical abilities.
- Expertise in coordinating across various marketing outlets, including print, digital, PR, and events.
- Ability to innovate and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools like HIVE, CONVERGE, and MEDIALABS.
