Our client is a private real estate investment group with over $2 Billion in assets under management. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Lease Administrator to assist with lease administration responsibilities for a commercial portfolio of nearly 100 high-end retail buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Abstracting new leases and updating existing abstracts with new information when needed
- Reviewing lease submittals and ensuring all required documents have been received
- Reviewing rent rolls for accuracy and ensuring lease data is correct, ie. start/expiration dates, rental dates, escalation amounts etc
- Collecting and maintaining commercial tenant information, compiling monthly reports, property management tracking, etc.
- Conducting lease analysis and reporting
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience working with commercial leases, preferably with exposure to retail
- Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial leases and the language used
- Advanced financial/analytical skills
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team-player attitude; dependable and dedicated
