Our client has been a trusted supplier of durable materials in the region for over three decades, consistently meeting their customers' fabrication and installation needs. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal team members. This is an onsite position based in New Haven County, CT.
IT Support Engineer’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Resolve Level 1 & 2 support requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
IT Support Engineer’s Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in a similar IT support role, with a focus on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of Office 365 applications and administration.
