Quest Forward High School, a cutting-edge private school in West Central Omaha, is looking for an experienced Recruiting and Admissions Associate to launch the fall recruiting cycle. Our student-focused, college preparatory private school emphasizes a superior academic focus along with Omaha’s leading career Pathways program. Quest Forward High School seeks to foster a community of independent thinkers and lifelong learners. Our Recruiting and Admissions Associate will identify key pipelines that focus on families who seek to maximize their children’s futures.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Recruitment and Admissions Associate’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Student Recruitment:
● Set and achieve ambitious goals for student applications and enrollment
● Identify and present to target schools and community organizations, providing compelling information about Quest Forward High School
● Meet with prospective students and families, answer questions about the school, and plan and execute Open Houses, Shadow Days, and other informational events
● Track all contact information in the CRM, creating a database of contact information
● Maintain an enrollment funnel and data systems to report on goals and progress
Community Engagement:
● Organize community events to build awareness and support for Quest Forward High School
● Activate community resources to grow awareness among future students
● Be aware of and stay ahead of enrollment trends to maintain area leadership in recruiting
● Lead Forward Families and Alumni association to establish a legacy and referral culture
Application & Enrollment Management:
● Guide families through the application process including managing the online application system, collecting supporting materials, scheduling and conducting interviews with families, and coordinating the acceptance process with the School Director
● Administer entry test and report results to the recruitment team
● Communicate the results of applications to families and continue to be a steward of a positive onboarding experience
● Work with the school’s scholarship and financial aid department
Marketing:
● Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans to reach enrollment targets
● Support marketing efforts, including digital media, search, social media, direct mail, and other types of digital advertising
● Plan and use targeted outreach efforts at all levels of the enrollment funnel
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has the following experiences and knowledge:
● Knowledge about secondary education and independent schools in and around Omaha
● Professional experience and familiarity with school admissions and enrollment management
● Measurable results in outbound sales and/or directly in student recruitment
● Understanding of marketing processes, social media and digital communication

Minimum qualifications include:
● Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for required outside recruiting efforts
● Two or more years of verifiable success in high school recruitment or sales experience
● A B.A/B.S from an accredited college or university preferred, though experience and other college success considered
● An ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary for events and presentations
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000 and includes a bonus structure based on reaching recruitment targets. Quest Forward offers a suite of benefits that includes health, retirement, and paid time off.
