Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by writing requirements, creating acceptance criteria, and working with IT teams to ensure automated testing.
- Analyze test results, prioritize defects, and update the project roadmap as needed.
- Develop workarounds to address issues and facilitate the push to production.
- Oversee the UAT process to ensure the operations team validates the final product.
- Prepare and present clear documentation and analysis for executive leadership.
- Communicate project status and findings effectively to higher-level executives.
- Apply expertise in the payments industry to ensure project success.
- Utilize knowledge of ISO standards, ACI software, Pega, or Intellitracs, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Testing Coordination and UAT.
- Strong experience in the payments industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting to executive leadership.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, ACI software, Pega, or Intellitracs is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
