Position Summary:
Qualprint is currently looking to hire a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our HQ in Pittsfield, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, while utilizing their analytical skills to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
The CSR is a key position in our service platform and requires above average analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include tracking progress of every project from inception through to completion and handling customer requests to include new projects, order processing and shipment tracking. The CSR is the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts; therefore, you must develop and maintain a good working relationship with all customers.

- Work with the assigned Outside Sales rep to support sales initiatives.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain customer records, track orders, and manage inventory within our ERP system.
- Ensure customer components are available to meet production deadlines and provide updates for delayed materials.
- Work with the estimating team to generate quotes, ensure accuracy and provide clients with necessary information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide proofs, resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Utilize sales skills to promote products and services and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
