Project Engineer
The ideal candidate for Project Engineer will have 1-2 years of commercial construction experience, preferably from a commercial general contractor, demonstrable leadership qualities, proven ability to effectively manage submittals, RFI's, document control, OAC meetings, and some project finance. You will need skillful communication methods with subcontractors and owners/architects, resulting in desired outcomes for the project team. You will need strong analytical skills to interpret and understand plans, specifications, and other project documents to identify potential issues. You will need to successfully organize, plan and manage multiple activities -- at times, on multiple projects -- to accomplish desires results, with minimal supervision. In addition to these abilities, the ideal candidate has strong self-awareness that knows when to lead and when to listen.
