CONTRACT ASSOCIATE RECRUITER - NASHVILLE, TN
- Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability
- Metrics: High requisitions - high volume and urgency
- Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding
- 401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be pre-approved in advance by manager, weekly pay on Fridays
- Remote - equipment provided: laptop; headset; soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; GHR; ATS; job boards
- Availability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO
*Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities:
- High volume telephone calls
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Requires adaptable and flexible aptitude
- Customer service-oriented
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with ATS
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Minimum two years full cycle sourcing/recruiting experience
Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite hiring events/ meetings within the local region.
