Contract Transfers
Contract Cancellations
General upkeep of assigned Producer groups
Client Services – Inbound Phone Line incl. voicemails and Email support
Provide administrative Agency, Dealership, Sales, and Consumer Support
Accounting software - Cash Application
Monthly Partner Invoicing
Financial Refunds and Adjustments preparation
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in client services or a similar role
Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
NetSuite Accounting Software experience a plus
Communication Skills
Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
Keen attention to detail
Positive attitude, ability to collaborate with other divisions and provide excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet assigned deadlines
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
Ability to thrive as a self-starter in a start-up environment
