Endo Pharmaceutical is seeking an experienced Journeyman Maintenance Machinist to join our team at our sterile filling production facility in Rochester, MI. Position Highlights:
- Start at $50.03 per hour while in training (3-6 months)
- Receive a shift premium of 7% for 2nd or 10% for 3rd once on your assigned shift
- Guaranteed increase to $52.03/hr. in 2025 and $53.59/hr. in 2026 (plus shift premium)

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues in machinery.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and document daily/weekly activities.
- Fabricate parts using lathes, Bridgeport mills, drill presses, and grinders.
- Perform MIG welding on stainless steel for repairs as required.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman's card as a Machinist, completed through a 4-year apprenticeship program.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills in an industrial environment.
- Experience operating lathes, Bridgeport mills, drill presses, and surface grinders.
- Experience with repair welding (MIG/Stick) preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Shift Details:
- Midnight Shift: 11:00PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday (10% shift premium)
- Training will be on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday) for a minimum of 30 days, with the possibility of extending up to 6 months.
