About the job: We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager/ Owner for our Earned Wage Access (EWA) product. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech industry, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of managing product profitability. As the P&L Owner, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and success of our EWA product, ensuring it meets customer needs and market demands.
What you will do:
- Setting and achieving financial targets for the EWA product.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, risk, and operations, to ensure product success.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Drive product innovation and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Present regular financial and strategic reports to executive leadership.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
What we want you to have:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, financial services, or fintech, with a focus on P&L ownership.
- Strong understanding of the Earned Wage Access (EWA) market and competitive landscape.
