Join a group of 13 independent contractor physicians at a 220+ bed level 3 trauma center. The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surger, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervison, and currently taking the post call day off. Hybrid compensation model with daily base rate and production component allowing for high income potential. There is income/vacation parity from day 1.
