Title : Jr Fulfillment Coordinator /Customer Service Associate
Duration : 3 - 4 month initial contract possible extension up to 6-7 months.

- Experience in Customer Service or related field. And Dating Terms and Promotional Programs on all purchase orders. Sales orders .
- Process account purchase orders from receipt to shipment to ensure accurate, timely and economical shipments
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Work closely with Distribution Centers to ensure timely shipment of Purchase Orders
Experience in Customer Service or related field.
- Most common misconceptions – this is B2B customer service, not “consumer” customer service
- Wide range of customers (big box stores, smaller grocery stores, distributors)
- Seasonal roles, temps will start off doing seasonal overflow work
- Data entry heavy, simpler
- Want us to recruit people who could work out as full time conversions if things work out (tend to have 1-3 openings per year with their department)
- Call center background could qualify
- Some office experience

- No real limit on years of experience; can be entry level or someone who has been in workforce for 10+ years
- “supposed” to be in office 4 days a week, but it could shift after a month or so of training
