One of our fasting growing FinTech clients is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Banking Operations Team Lead to join their dynamic team. This Banking Operations Team Lead must be passionate about making a positive impact with customers and thrive in the banking industry. As the Banking Operations Team Lead, you'll collaborate closely with the Banking Product and Services Teams, overseeing customer service efforts and ensuring all financial customer support meets regulations and compliance.
In this role, this Banking Operations Team Lead will foster positive work relationships across the team and bring your friendly and experienced approach to reviewing and monitoring chat transcripts to ensure adherence to financial customs and maintain quality assurance and compliance. This Banking Operations Team Lead will also manage and oversee tier 1 and tier 2 customer service representatives providing guidance and support as needed.
This position is going to initially start out on contract, but our client is looking for someone who wants to be part of the team long-term. This position can also offer a strong compensation package along with Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage along with a 401k plan
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, customer service, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of banking products, particularly banking apps and checking/savings accounts
- Handle account-related requests such as balance inquiries, transaction history, and account maintenance
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for customer interaction
- Experience compiling and reviewing call reports
- Experience with compliance tasks, audit processes, and fraud management is highly desirable
