Production Manager (80-95K)
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Production Manager in the Syracuse, NY area.

Your Role:
- This is a hands on, out on the floor, management position.
- Oversee hourly employees to ensure production, quality, cost, and safety goals are met.
- Understand Cycle and Takt time to plan and schedule production activities.
- Track production metrics and communicate solutions to increase performance and reduce scrap.
- Implement standard work activities.
Experience / Education Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. AAS will be considered with 5-10 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated Supervisory or Management experience within manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of how to improve production metrics along with process flow and scheduling.
