Job Description:
The Investment Analyst reports to the Chief Investment Officer and has key internal working
relationships with other members of the Leadership Team.
Primary Areas of Responsibility:
1) Analyze markets, including demand, supply, pricing and regulatory dynamics
2) Assist Management with underwriting of new investments, including M&A activities as well as
greenfield projects and preparation of materials for Investment Committee approval
3) Assist in preparation of corporate presentations, operational reporting and Board presentations
4) Serve as a resource for regional managers in the management of our restoration projects.
Other Areas of Involvement:
1) Participate with Business Plan Development
2) Information and Database Management – Build/populate/maintain various information databases
to track and evaluate investments and project status
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or economics
2) Minimum 2 years of practical financial analyst experience
3) Banking, real estate or financial services background preferred
4) Good communication skills and strong work ethic
5) Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
6) Strong Excel and financial modeling skills to analyze investment opportunities including IRR, MOIC,
ROI, NPV, etc.
7) Discretion to handle confidential data.

Strong Excel skills
Bachelors in Finance or Economics preferred
